Oversee daily shop operations and staff performance
Manage stock, inventory, and supplier orders
Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are maintained
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain sales targets and financial records
Previous experience in retail or hospitality management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask under pressure
Basic understanding of POS and inventory systems
